After the QI project was launched the waiting intervals between referral and ADHD assessment were significantly reduced. This is in line with targets for trust-levels, and shows an emphasis on enhancing efficiency and capabilities across the CAMHS System. The team used a model for change and Plan-Do-Study Act cycles to create positive change in the ADHD process.
